Here’s how it works:
- When you send us your order by email, fax or phone, simply tell us the date you need the order in hands. We’ll do everything in our power to meet that date and let you know your wish has been granted!
- Once we send you your proof approval, you must sign and return it within 24 hours of receiving it. Once we get your signed approval, we’re off and running!
- You’ll receive a firm In-Hands “YOU’VE GOT TO LOVE IT!” guarantee ship date by fax.
- Sit back and breathe a sigh of relief. We’ve got it taken care of from here. Your order will arrive right on the date you requested!
Some things you might want to know:
Since we never produce any item without a signed paper proof, confirming the quantity of items you’ve ordered, the artwork you’ve chosen, ship date, ship method and ship to address you’re covered! If for any reason you are not absolutely, completely happy, please call us at 602-996-0006 within 10 business days of receiving your order. One of our “YOU’VE GOT TO LOVE IT!” guarantee team members will make it right or credit your account!
